OrderBoard for ClickUp privacy policy

OrderBoard for ClickUp is a Shopify app that sends a store's orders to the merchant's own ClickUp account. This policy explains what data the app handles and why.

Data we access

When a merchant installs the app, Shopify sends us order events for that store. Each event can include the order number, totals, payment status, and the customer's name and email. We use only the fields the merchant maps in the app's settings.

What we store

• The store's domain and the app plan.
• The merchant's field map and an access token for their ClickUp account.
• A link between each Shopify order ID and the item it created in ClickUp, so updates change the same item.

We do not store customer names, emails, addresses, or order contents. Order data passes through the app to ClickUp and is not kept.

Who receives data

Order fields go only to the ClickUp account the merchant connects. We do not sell data or share it with anyone else. The app runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf.

Retention and deletion

When the app is uninstalled, we delete the store's settings, tokens, and order links. We honor Shopify's customer and shop data deletion requests. Because we hold no customer data, those requests require no further action.
